Having
written and recorded 14 albums worth of original music since
1959, Al Oster is a Canadian Musical Pioneer. Much of his music
celebrates and immortalizes other Canadian Pioneers; the men
and women who carved a living out of the rugged Yukon wilderness
during the Klondike Gold Rush.
He also sings of the beauty and the magic of the Yukon and Alaskan
landscapes. His lyrics are honest and lay open his love for
the Northlands. |

"I'll
remember the times that I've wandered
The streets of an old mining town
And the romance of days gone forever
That's written in the ruins lying around"
